If you decide to return the items you have purchased from us, we will either refund the purchase price or exchange the products, subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, for defective items, you may need to provide evidence such as sending pictures via email prior to returning the items.

If you request a refund, we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts) to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the conditions mentioned above.

If there is an issue with your return, we will notify you about the reasons for the rejection and why we cannot issue a refund. This typically occurs when we receive used products back that are no longer in a sellable condition.

Refund And Exchange Policy

All items are custom-made and, therefore, non-returnable unless there is a defect.

If you purchase any item that is deemed defective, we will replace those items with the identical ones in the exact same size. No exceptions will be made.

Before washing any items, please inspect them thoroughly, as we do not accept returns for shirts that have been laundered.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If an item is defective (see definition below), inaccurately described, or differs from the displayed sample, we will take appropriate action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product along with a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

*Damaged or defective items include items with unraveled seams and/or holes present before being washed.

If you realize that you’ve made an error after placing your order, please click here to contact us as soon as possible, and we will check if we can make the necessary corrections.

Unfortunately, if you have provided the wrong address, moved to a new location, or wish to change the product variant after your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to accommodate your request or offer a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.

Next, get in touch with your bank, as there might be a processing time before the refund is visible in your account.

CLEARANCE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

SHIPPING

We will ship to the address provided in your PayPal account, so please ensure that the information is accurate. Any orders that are returned to us will be reshipped, but the shipping cost for the reshipment will be your responsibility.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, no refund or exchange is available.

Also, we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered within the suggested time frame, even though we strive to do so. So please note that late delivery cannot be a reason to request a refund.

Coupons can be used on new orders only. Coupons cannot be applied to any order that has already been placed.
